In a private session we can work on a specific issue, whether that is to deepen your yoga practice, heal trauma or surrender into relaxation. Private sessions are completely tailored to your needs and wants.

Private yoga classes
My Iyengar yoga background enables me to adapt the practice to your needs completely: what do you need at this particular moment? That means it can be challenging or restoring. However I will always put emphasis on doing the pose in a way that it is most beneficial, with precision and specific sequencing and timing. Classes can be taught at your home.

Nathalie was the person that completely changed my mind about yoga, once I attended her class I was hooked. I got a deeper insight into the poses and how to challenge within my personal limits.

Healing sessions
A healing session can revolve around any physical, mental or emotional unbalance. A session can consist of restorative yoga, Yoga Nidra and energetic healing. These sessions can be especially beneficial when suffering from stress, burnout, sleeping difficulties, chronic pain and emotional trauma. Sessions take place in the safe and warm environment of my home practice.

Online sessions
Distance does not have to be in the way. We can talk online and I can create yoga nidra sessions working on your specific issues that you can listen to in your own time. We do not need to be face to face for healing to take place.
